Delivery time and delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In our store, we want your order to reach you efficiently and safely. Below you will find all information about the time of preparing the package for shipment and its delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Order fulfillment time (i.e. preparation for shipping)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This is the time we need to complete your order, carefully pack it and hand over it to the courier company. It also depends on the payment method you choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is express shipping!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • We strive to order goods available in stock, paid (or cash on delivery) until 3 p.m. on a working day<\/strong>have been sent the same day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Guaranteed lead time<\/strong>, i.e. the maximum time to prepare and send the shipment is 1-2 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Impact of payments on implementation:<\/strong>\n

    • Online and cash on delivery:<\/strong> We start the implementation immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Traditional transfer:<\/strong> We start the implementation after the payment is credited to our account (usually 1-2 business days).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In case of temporary unavailability of the product, we will contact you immediately to determine the best solution (order division, extension of waiting time or cancellation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      2. Estimated delivery time and costs<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      This is the time that the courier company needs to deliver the parcel from the moment it is picked up from our warehouse. This is an approximate time that we have no control over as a seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Delivery in Poland:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Packages up to 30 kg (InPost, DPD):<\/strong> The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Pallet shipments and over 30 kg (DHL, Hellmann, Pocztex):<\/strong> The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Delivery within the European Union:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Packages up to 30 kg (DPD):<\/strong> The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Pallet shipments and more than 30 kg (DHL, Pocztex):<\/strong> The estimated delivery time is 3-6 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          The exact delivery cost for your order is always visible in the shopping cart after adding the products and choosing the country of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          3. What to do when the shipment is damaged?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          If you notice that the packaging of your shipment shows signs of damage (e.g. is dented, torn, soaked), follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Check the parcel at the courier:<\/strong> If possible, open the package in the presence of the courier. If damage is found, you must immediately write down the damage report with it. This is the most effective way to pursue claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Take photos:<\/strong> Take accurate photos of the damaged packaging (on each side) and the product itself. They will be crucial in the complaint process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Contact us:<\/strong> As soon as possible, preferably on the same day, inform us about the situation by writing to the address sklep@automatyczni.com<\/strong> and attaching the photos taken. We will help you go through the next steps and solve the problem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
