Mechatronics Computer (TCU) - DSG DQ200 (0AM927769G)

Original computer (TCU - Transmission Control Unit) for the mechatronics of the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission DSG 0AM (DQ200). Module with part number 0AM927769G is the heart of the entire system, responsible for controlling clutch operation, gear changes and communication with other controllers in the vehicle. Offered as a working used part, it offers an alternative to buying new, expensive mechatronics.

Technical specifications:

  • Manufacturer: Continental / Temic (OEM supplier to VAG)

  • Condition: Used, electronic

  • Transmission type: Dual-clutch 7-speed (DSG 0AM / DQ200)

  • OEM part number: 0AM927769G

  • Attention: Requires professional programming (cloning)!

    Vehicle compatibility:

The module is only compatible with vehicles in which a controller with an identical part number (0AM927769G) is fitted from the factory. Used in a wide range of VAG vehicles from ca. 2011-2016.

    Key benefits:

    • Allows mechatronics to be repaired if the electronics alone are damaged

    • Original component guaranteeing full functionality after correct programming

    • Resolves problems such as lack of communication with the controller, fork sensor errors or failure mode

      Installation/programming instructions:

The key is cloning data (software and coding) from the original, faulty controller to the purchased module. This procedure is carried out using specialised programmers. Installation without cloning will result in the car not starting due to an active immobiliser. The operation should be outsourced to a specialised electronics workshop.

      Summary:

The used TCU computer, numbered 0AM927769G, is a specialised spare part that enables expensive mechatronics to be salvaged. It is a solution for advanced service shops to significantly reduce the cost of repairing a DQ200 box.
