These tubes are responsible for supplying pressurised oil from the mechatronics to the individual clutch packs and actuators. The original plastic tubes have a tendency to crack or deform, leading to loss of pressure and box failure. Aluminium replacements provide a permanent solution to this problem.

Technical specifications:

Manufacturer: High-quality replacement

Condition: New

Transmission type: Dual-clutch 7-speed (DSG DQ500 / 0BH / 0BT)

Material: Aluminium

Content: 8 pieces of tubing

Vehicle compatibility:

The kit is designed for more powerful VAG vehicles equipped with the DQ500 transmission:

Volkswagen: Transporter (T5/T6), Tiguan, Passat

Audi: RS3, TTRS, Q3

Key benefits:

A permanent solution to the problem of bursting plastic tubes

Prevents pressure loss and clutch failures

Made of high quality aluminium, perfectly fitting

An essential component in any overhaul of the DQ500 box

Installation instructions:

Replacing the tubes requires disassembling the gearbox and unbolting the gearbox bodies.
