Conv.6L80 bearing raceway

Bearing raceway designed for 6L80 / 6L90 / 8L90 boxes. It is a hardened surface of cooperation for bearing elements.

A worn or chipped treadmill is manifested by noise, loose and accelerated bearing wear. The treadmill is replaced with the bearing. Before assembly, compare the diameters and thickness with the disassembled element.

Bieżnie łożysk wymienia się razem z elementami tocznymi przy wykruszeniach, matowieniu, odciskach na powierzchni oraz po zanieczyszczeniu oleju opiłkami. Uszkodzona bieżnia daje wycie zmienne z prędkością obrotową. Montaż prowadzi się z naciskiem wyłącznie na wciskany pierścień i po sprawdzeniu luzu osiowego.
