M140. OR01 is an O-ring/lip seal, designed for automatic transmission 0C8 / VL381. 

The gasket is made of high-quality ATF oil-resistant elastomers and high temperature. O-ring is especially useful for renovating the control board (Valve Body), regeneration of mechatronics or in the case of internal leakage symptoms - pressure drop, box jerks, oil overheating.
