A4CF clutch hub

Clutch hub for A4CF1 / A4CF2 boxes. It embeds the disc package and transfers the torque to the gear shaft.

The worn hub is manifested by the wiping of the splines, knocks when loading and the packet beating. Before assembly, compare the design of the spline and the height of the installation with the disassembled element.

The clutch hub is replaced with broken splines, cracks at the base of the teeth, signs of overheating and beating surfaces. The used spline causes noise and uneven operation of the package. The fitment with the drum is controlled during assembly, the condition of the safety rings and the freedom of movement without jamming.
