Product description

Priming valve kit (fill valve) with a complete sealing set for automatic transmissions ZF 8HP and their Chrysler 845RE / 850RE counterparts. The priming valve is responsible for the correct supply of oil valves with oil and maintaining a stable pressure in the hydraulic system, especially at idle and at high temperatures.

In the ZF and Chrysler boxes, variable-power solenoid valves control the actuation and disassembly of the clutches, the converter clutch and the linear pressure. The wear of the Priming valve seat causes a drop in the supply pressure of the solenoids, which leads to delayed gear engagement, starting from the wrong gear or jerks.

The kit eliminates internal leaks and valve seat wear, restoring the correct pressure of the solenoid valves.
