Disc spring 722.300 K1

The disc spring is designed for 722.3 / 722.5 boxes. Provides the return of the clutch package piston after oil pressure loss.

The tired spring manifests itself as delayed disconnection of the clutch, heating the package and jerking. Before installation, compare the diameter and free height with the disassembled element.

Disc springs are replaced with a drop in free height, finger cracks and abrasions in the places of the backrest, as well as overheating of the package. The weakened element extends the on-time. The direction of the bend and the order of arrangement are maintained during assembly and the package play is controlled after the ring is installed.
