Friction disc 140

Friction disc for A140E / A140L / A141E / A142L / A240E / A240L gearboxes. It works in a clutch package immersed in oil and is responsible for the transmission of torque when starting the gear - its lining determines the smoothness and repeatability of the gear shift.

The wear of the cladding is manifested by jerking when shifting gears, slipping the clutch package, delayed switching, increasing oil temperature and the presence of friction particles in the oil pan. Before assembly, you should compare the number of teeth, thickness and diameter with the element dismantled from the box.
