Uszczelka zapewnia szczelność połączenia elementów obudowy skrzyni i zapobiega wyciekom oleju. Stwardniała lub uszkodzona uszczelka powoduje wycieki i utratę oleju; przy doborze porównaj kształt, rozmieszczenie otworów i grubość z uszczelką zdemontowaną.

The replacement takes place in the case of oil leakage, after disassembly of the cover or body and with each repair opening the given node. The material ages thermally and loses its elasticity. Before assembly, the surfaces of the remnants of the old material are cleaned, the flange is checked and the torque and the order of tightening the bolts are maintained.
