Oversize Sonnax pressure control valve for 722.9 gearbox

The Sonnax pressure control valve in the oversize version (oversized) designed for the Mercedes-Benz 722.9 automatic transmission. The element works in the hydraulic controller and is responsible for the pressure regulation of the oil system of the box.

The oversized version is used to repair a worn valve seat, when the standard valve no longer ensures proper tightness and stable pressure regulation. Valve wear or leakage may cause pressure drops, jerks, delayed gear engagement, slipping or gearbox malfunctions.
