Plunger Piston Kit JF015E/RE0F11A

The primary variator piston repair kit is designed for the infinitely variable JF015E / RE0F11A gearbox. The element works in the PRIMARY pulley system and is responsible for cooperation with the oil pressure that controls the position of the variator.

The variator piston and seals affect the correct adjustment of the gear ratio in the CVT box. The piston or seal wear may cause problems with pressure maintenance, jerking, slipping, delayed response of the box or improper operation of the variator system.

Note: There are two versions of the secondary piston in this box. Before installation, check that the sealing kit fits the size of the original piston.
