Product description

Oversize pressure control valve kit, designed for JF506E and VW 09A automatic transmissions.

The valve is responsible for the regulation and stabilization of the oil pressure in the hydraulic system of the gearbox.

As a result of operation, the valve and its seats in the hydraulic body may be worn, which results in incorrect operation of the hydraulic system.

Valve wear symptoms may include:

• delayed gears

• hard or jerky shifting,

• clutch slip,

• oil temperature rise,

• Transmission errors.

The use of the oversize valve allows the regeneration of the worn socket and the restoration of the correct oil pressure parameters without the need to replace the entire valve body.
