PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY OF THE "sklep.automatyczni.com" STORE

This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the services offered by the "automatyczni.com" online shop (hereinafter: "Shop"). We care about your privacy and want you to feel safe when entrusting us with your data.

§ 2 Objectives, Legal Basis and Period of Data Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:

- The right to to lodge an objection against data processing (when based on our legitimate interest).
- The right to withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The right to bring complaints to the supervisory authority - President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
§ 4 Data recipients
Your personal data may be passed on to entities with whom we cooperate to provide services, i.e.:
- Courier and postal companies - for the delivery of orders.
- Electronic payment operators - for payment processing.
- IT and hosting providers - in order to maintain and operate the Shop.
- Accounting firm - in order to fulfil accounting obligations.
- Providers of marketing and analytical tools (e.g. Google, Meta).
- Public authoritieswhere this results from applicable legislation.

- The shop uses cookies - small text files stored on your device. We use them to ensure that the website works properly, as well as for analytical and marketing purposes.

§ 6 Final provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. We shall inform of any changes by publishing a new version of the document on the Shop website. The current version of the Privacy Policy is always available in the Shop.
